Payments are processed through Paypal’s and AfterPay’s secure payment gateway. We will receive instant notification once your payment is made, so we can begin preparing your order. You don’t need a Paypal or an AfterPay account to pay. On the payment page, you can click ‘Pay with a credit or debit card’ instead of logging into a Paypal or AfterPay account.
Returns / Replacements / Refunds
- If you receive an incorrect or faulty item (this occurs rarely), we’ll pay for return delivery and a replacement.
- If you want to swap for another item, you will pay for return delivery and we’ll send the item of your choice. If the cost is lower or higher than the original item, we’ll refund the difference or you’ll pay the difference.
- If you want to return an item for a refund, you will pay for return delivery and we’ll refund you minus a 10% restocking fee.
Organising Returns and Refunds
Please email us with any issues that need resolving, then we can respond with instructions. We will try to respond within a day, and resolve your issue ASAP.
